Just minutes from the town of Willits, this private parcel will have a tremendous upside in the future as the city expands its general plan. The original owners— the Hardwoods, a well-known local family— owned many ranches throughout Mendocino and Humboldt County. Jack Harwood kept this 700-acre ranch outside of Willits on Highway 20. After dividing the property between family members, the last 115 acres were sold in 2020. It is back on the market with some recent improvements. The property has two wells, a small pond, a large spring, and several miles of good interior roads. The property is zoned 5-acre minimum with some tree clearing; there could be multiple building sites, several with long-range views. Access is from Highway 20 with no other easements for your total privacy.
